We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team

Location: A mix of working from our office in Newcastle upon Tyne and home working
Salary: £35-£40k
Contract: Permanent

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager to join our team. If you love building strong relationships with your clients and colleagues, keeping projects on track, and pushing creative boundaries, this could be the perfect role for you.

We are currently a team of 7, so we are looking for someone that is excited about the prospect of working in a small team and everything that comes with that – increased accountability and responsibility, and a fast-paced environment where we all work together closely to deliver amazing results – and have fun while we do it!

About the Role

This is a brand new role in our team, which means there’s a real opportunity to make it your own. We’ve reached the point where we need a dedicated person to take charge of account management, ensuring our clients continue to get the best possible service as we scale. You’ll have the chance to shape the way we work, refine processes, and play a big part in our future growth.

As our Senior Account Manager, you’ll lead key client relationships, making sure projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and exceed expectations. You’ll work closely with our talented team to deliver fresh, creative solutions that drive real results. Whether it’s creating project strategies and scopes, or working with our team and the client to deliver an amazing experience and final product, you’ll thrive on keeping everything running like clockwork.

This role has a clear progression path. If you’re ambitious, we’ll support you in growing into a Junior Account Director and eventually an Account Director.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning key client relationships and becoming their go-to person.
• Understanding their goals and turning them into creative, strategic solutions.
• Leading meetings and workshops that spark ideas and uncover insights.
• Keeping projects on track – on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
• Managing internal teams, making sure everyone is aligned and motivated.
• Ensuring top-notch planning, execution, and attention to detail.
• Pushing creative and technical boundaries to deliver standout work.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members to help them grow.
• Tracking budgets and ensuring financial processes run smoothly.
• Representing Vida externally – networking, attending events, and spotting new opportunities.

• Experience delivering web projects is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
