We were approached to brand and name a new service which matches people with someone who has experienced the same thing as them. The result was Dittolo, a friendly and approachable brand who can help those manage a hard time through peer-to-peer interactions.

The name Dittolo stemmed from the word “ditto” – meaning the same thing, an agreement. The person you would be matched with has experienced something similar, they will understand and you will both help eachother through sharing your experiences.

The brand look and feel can be fun and light, but also serious when needed. Two loops are Dittolo’s accent, they represent two sonar radars finding eachother, a metaphor for how the app is used.
