Following a successful Series A funding round to build a new platform to support businesses to manage their cyber insurance needs, U.S. organisation FifthWall Solutions came to us to support them in naming their new product, creating key messaging, the name, branding, and a phase 1 website launch.

UKON (formerly FifthWall) is a US-based cyber insurance wholesaler, reimagining the cyber space with fast, clear, tech-led solutions. As they pivoted from an established insurance brand into the tech space, UKON needed a strategic rebrand that reflected their new direction, helped them relaunch to their existing network and built credibility with new audiences.

We partnered with the team on a full rebrand, from strategic positioning and brand workshops through to naming, identity and tone of voice. The result is a brand that’s as sharp and forward-thinking as the product itself.

Our work began with a collaborative strategy process to define UKON’s purpose, audience and future business goals, focusing on how to position themselves as an industry disruptor whilst instilling trust and confidence.

Following the workshops, we supported the team to rename the company and create a bold identity that aligned with the goals identified at the start of the brand process.

The new brand and tone of voice are clear, direct and jargon-free, designed to reflect how UKON approaches cyber insurance.

We continue to support UKON through a strategic marketing and design retainer, helping them show up with consistency and impact as they grow.
