We partnered with the Ethikai team to develop a new brand identity that expresses both their strategic clarity and the human-centred nature of their work. The brief was to create a visual language that feels confident, purposeful and reflective of Ethikai’s unique approach to consulting – one that goes beyond frameworks to help organisations uncover their own potential.
Through collaborative workshops and design exploration, we refined Ethikai’s brand into a system that communicates clarity, confidence and positive transformation. The new identity reflects their belief in compassionate truth-telling and purposeful growth, positioning Ethikai as a trusted partner to leaders who are ready to step into strategic leadership with clarity and confidence.
The refreshed visual identity includes a refined logo, colour palette and visual elements that signal focus, alignment and forward momentum. These assets provide Ethikai with a coherent presence across digital touchpoints and client-facing materials.
We also developed supporting brand elements and guidelines to make sure Ethikai’s visual language could be applied consistently, whether clients are engaging through workshops, strategic sessions, speaking events or online content. The result is a brand that feels modern and grounded, with purpose at its core, helping Ethikai communicate both who they are and the impact they deliver.
