We began by working closely with the SVL team to understand their services, audiences and commercial goals. This helped us clarify how each part of the business should be presented, and how the site could guide visitors from understanding their challenges to making an enquiry.
From there, we restructured the site architecture to make it easier to navigate and simpler to understand. Services were clearly defined, messaging was refined to focus on value and outcomes, and content was shaped to reflect SVL’s consultative approach.
Alongside the website, we continue to work with SVL on ongoing marketing to support their growth and strengthen their position in the market.
Our work includes maintaining the refreshed brand across channels and developing a clear content and social strategy to help SVL show up consistently and with purpose. We plan and create content that reflects expertise, supports commercial priorities and speaks directly to the challenges their audiences face.
