How we help
Built to
scale.
MVP scoping
We work out with you what goes in the first release, what can wait and what you don’t need at all. A focused first build, then improve from there.
UX research & flows
We get to know the people who’ll use it, what they need and how they work. Then we design something they’ll actually want to use.
UI & design systems
Interfaces that look and feel like your brand. One design system keeps your product, website and marketing consistent, and makes it easy to add to as you grow.
Full-stack development
Solid, secure architecture from developers with years of experience. AI speeds up delivery, and experts check everything it produces. We can be your whole team, or work alongside yours.
Code & UX reviews
Built a lot already? We review the scope, the UX and the code, then tell you plainly what to keep, what to fix and what to rebuild.
Portals & platforms
Member areas, booking and delivery platforms, and the integrations behind them, so you can automate the jobs your team still does by hand.
AI tools & automation
Internal tools that sort, summarise, search and report, built around your data and how your team works, with humans in the loop where it matters.
Why Vida?
Honest advice, even when it
means building less.
Strategy before code.
Anyone can generate code now. Understanding who it’s for, what to build and what to leave out is the hard part. Get that right first time and everything moves faster.
People who’ve been there.
You work with senior people who make the calls and stand behind them. We’ve built and scaled businesses ourselves, and raised investment, so we know what a wasted month costs.
Quality, from start to finish.
What matters is the end result: a product that looks right, works properly and holds up as you grow. Research, design and development under one roof, so the care that goes into the design carries all the way through the product.
No lock-in.
We choose the stack that suits the job, and your code, hosting and accounts are yours. We’d love to keep working together after launch, when you learn most about what to build next. But if you want to go it alone, we’d never stand in your way.
FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Can you work with our in-house or external developers?
Yes, often. We shape the product, write clear specs and designs, and support your developers through build and launch. Some teams use us for the thinking and design, others for the whole build. We fit around whoever’s already there.
Can we bring you in just for research, UX or design?
Yes. Some teams bring us in early to scope, research or design, then build it themselves. Others work with us from start to finish. We’ll join at whatever stage makes most sense for you.
Can you help us scope an MVP before we build?
It’s a big part of what we do. We work out what goes in the first release, what can wait and what you don’t need, so you launch something focused that you can test, learn from and improve.
We’ve vibe coded a prototype. Can you take it from here?
Yes. Getting a prototype working is a great start, and sorting out what comes next is where we help. We review what’s there (the scope, the UX and the code) and tell you plainly what to keep, fix or rebuild. For ongoing technical direction, Henry also works with founders as a Fractional CTO.
Can’t we just build it ourselves with AI?
You could. AI writes code quickly. It doesn’t decide which features are important, how your users think, or whether the thing will still be secure and maintainable in a year. That takes strategy and experience. We use AI every day too. It speeds up the work, and our team makes the decisions that matter.
How much does a web app cost?
It depends almost entirely on scope, which is why we scope first. You’ll get a fixed quote against an agreed scope, with what’s driving the cost explained, before anything gets built. No surprise extras, and we’ll tell you if a simpler option would do the job.
What tech stack do you use?
We choose per project. It’s always built on solid, secure architecture, and we’re happy to work in your stack if your team already has one. Whatever we build, the code is yours.
Do you support products after launch?
We do. Many of our projects carry on well past launch, with new features, improvements and support as the product and its users grow. We build so it can change without starting again.
